  • Free shipping

    The shipping fees are offered if the following conditions are respected:

    • The total of your order must be equal or superior to 49.00$ before tax if the shipping address is located in the Québec province.
    • The total of your order must be equal or superior to 75.00$ before tax if the shipping address is located in another province of Canada (Territories are not eligible to this promotion).
    • The customer must be an individual (institutions are not eligible to this promotion).
    • The order must be shipped at only one address.
    • The bookstore reserves itself the right to choose the shipping method depending on the shipping address location:
      • Montreal Island and the Northern Shore:
        • Shipping through Canada Post using the « Colis accéléré » mode
      • Quebec and the rest of Canada:
        • Shipping through Canada Post using the « Colis accéléré » mode
    • The cancellation of one or many books can cancel the promotion if the total of your order before tax is under 49.00$ (Québec) or 75.00$ (Canada).
    • If you choose to separate the order in many different shipping, only the shipping that are equal or above 49.00$ (Québec) or 75.00$ (Canada) before tax are eligible to free shipping.
    • The free shipping concerns only the paper books (the digital books, magazines or gift certificates can’t be taken into account calculating the minimum account of 49.00$ (Québec) or 75.00$ (Canada). before tax).

  • Shipping fees

    The shipping fees are established using the shipping address, the number and the weight of the books as well as the total amount of the order before taxes and shipping fees.

    They are also variating depending on the shipping method.

  • Shipping time

    1 business day must be allowed to the treatment of the books in stock at the bookstore. Then it takes around 1 to 3 days for the order to be delivered in Quebec province.

    The bookstore can’t be held accountable for any delay resulting of an out of stock book or attributable to the carrier.

    To know precisely the time of your order’s delivery, you must add the treating time mentioned for each book in your order to the shipping time determined by the different methods of shipping.

    - Colis Accéléré : (Free shipping if your order total is higher then 49.00$ (Québec) or 75.00$ (Canada) (sauf pour les Territoires) : to know more)
    Local = 1 business day
    Regional = 1 to 3 business days
    National = 2 to 7 business days
    - Xpresspost: 1 to 2 days following the shipping

    • Shipping in USA
    - Expedited Parcel: 4 to 10 business days
    - Xpress: 2 à 5 business days

    • International shipping
    - Expedited Parcel: 4 to 6 weeks
    - Xpress: 4 to 6 business days
